BROKERS' AGREEMENT TO PAY REFERRAL FEE
This Agreement is made between _______________________________________ (the "Referring Broker"), and _____________________________________ (the "Referred Broker", concerning the referral of ___________________________________________ (the “Principal”), whose address is as follows:

1. Fee.
